Learn with Fred Victor!
Across industries, Canadian employees and job seekers feel strongly about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In fact, a survey from Randstad found that 77% of Canadians only want to work for an organization with a strong CSR program. (source)
Our interactive Lunch and Learns are a great way to engage your staff with the community and build your CSR work into your workplace culture.
During each Lunch and Learn session we will:
- Share about who Fred Victor is and what we do
- Breakdown all the housing, health and income supports and how they interact to address homelessness and poverty
- Engage in an interactive activity to learn more about your lunch and learn topic
- Discuss your selected topic
- Explain how your donation has helped and it’s impact
- Provide specific ways that your team members can make a difference and stay involved
We will create a space for open dialogue and discussion so that employees leave having learned more about their community, your CSR work, and Fred Victor.
